The Plazaca, perhaps these days we would say Quarry, is a feature on the eastern hill. Then and now, it provides lime for local building. Easily seen from Zrinski’s Fortress, it provides the unofficial border between the upper (northern) part of Zrin, which was called Gornjani, the middle Dolina, and the lower (southern) part, which was called Donjani.
