Šaljemo vam tjedni izveštaj, kao i priloženo pismo Radiću i drugu Vladi Bakariću. Pošto smo primjetili u gradu Glini da nekoji civili nose oružje na koje nemaju dozvole, molimo vas da nam odgovorite dali naše Povjerenstvo u Glini imade pravo da proglasom pozove gradjanstvo da svi koji nemaju dozvole na držanje oružja predaju Povjerenstvu. Ujedno nam javite tko imade pravo izdavati dozvole za nošenje oružja. U izveštaju vam pišemo da je u gimnaziji uhvaćen Radočaj Rudolf za vreme dok je pisao neprijateljske parole, ovaj čas saznajemo da gradski NOO Gline doneo odluku da njegovu mater protera u rodni kraj Slunj i to na predlog OZN-e Korpusa. Mi smo obustavili ovo protjerivanje, te vas molimo da nam dadete upute da li bi bilo dobro da mi nju isteramo, ne u Slunj, već na neprijateljsku teritoriju skupa sa sinom koji je pisao ove parole, a njezin muž se nalazi kod neprijatelja. Ujedno vas molimo da nam pošaljete upute u pogledu amnestije koju je drug Tito dao za domobrane i četnike, pošto smo mi tu amnestiju shvatili za četnike i domobrane koji se nalaze u njihovim formacijama i dolaze na poziv amnestije, dok u stvari ne vidimo da je potrebno davati amnestiju pojedinim četničkim organizatorima na oslobodjenom teritoriju i to naročito onima koji unatoč amnestije i danas rade. Razgovarao sam sa Sekretarom suda Banijskog područja i on mi kaže da je dobio upute da ponovo uzme u pretres i ona lica koja se nalaze na izdržavanju kazne, a takodjer je Vojni Sud GŠH odbio smrtne presude koje smo mi predložili, a koje je takodjer Vojni sud Banijskog područja osudio. Mi imademo desetak lica sa kojima smo dovršili istragu i nećemo ih predavati sudu dok ne dobijemo od vas upute pošto vjerujemo da bi sud riješio u vezi nove direktive.
Kako vidite iz našeg tjednog izveštaja rad neprijateljskih elemenata unatoč amnestije nije se smanjio već rade kao i prvo amnestije. U koliko ovakova lica ne budemo mogli davati na sud, mišljenja smo da ćemo obustaviti daljnja hapšenja, a njihov rad pratiti do konačnog datuma amnestije. Prilažemo vam zapisnik od Nožinić Stane koju je naš vojni sud Banijskog područja na naš predlog osudio na smrt, smrtna osuda od Višeg suda je odbijena. Kako vidite iz samog zapisnika da je Stana Nožinić na svakom koraku izdavala partizane a čak što više nanesla je žrtava partizanima što je pravovremeno javila neprijatelju u Divuši da će partizani te noći napadati, tu noć ustaše su spremno dočekali, te unatoč partizanskih Žrtava nisu uspjeli osvojiti Divušu. Vama je Dobro poznato da je GŠH odobrio da se Zrinj spali što je i učinjeno, pošto unatoč svih napora dve i pol god. Rata nije se moglo naći ni jednog čovjeka ni žene koji bi držali vezu s partizanima. Zrinjske ustaše su poznate sa svojim zvjerstvima da ni jedna duša srpskoga porjekla nije se pred njima smjela pojaviti, dok je Stana Nožinić šta vise 1941. g. ilegalno odlazila k njima. Ostalo će te vidjeti iz zapisnika. Molimo vas da nam ovaj zapisnik vratite nazad i u koliko je potrebno da vam pošaljemo i ostale zapisnike koje je viši vojni sud odbio potvrdjenje smrtnih presuda.

We are sending you the weekly report, as well as the attached letter to Radić and comrade Vlado Bakarić. Since we have noticed in the city of Glina that some civilians are carrying weapons for which they do not have permits, we ask you to answer us whether our Commission in Glina has the right to call on the citizens through a proclamation that all those who do not have permits to carry weapons hand them over to the Commission. At the same time, let us know who has the right to issue permits to carry weapons. In the report we write to you that Radočaj Rudolf was caught in the gymnasium while he was writing enemy slogans, this time we learn that the city's NOO Gline made a decision to expel his mother to his hometown of Slunj, at the suggestion of the Corps' OZN. We stopped this expulsion, and we ask you to give us instructions on whether it would be good for us to expel her, not to Slunj, but to enemy territory together with the son who wrote these slogans, and her husband is with the enemy. At the same time, we ask you to send us instructions regarding the amnesty that Comrade Tito issued for the Home Guards and Chetniks, since we understood that amnesty to be for the Chetniks and Home Guards who are in their formations and come for the call for amnesty, until in fact we see that it is necessary to grant amnesty to certain Chetnik organizers in the liberated territory, especially those who are still working despite the amnesty. I spoke with the Secretary of the court of the Banija area and he tells me that he received instructions to re-examine those persons who are serving their sentences, and also the Military Court GŠH rejected the death sentences that we proposed, which the Military Court of Banija regio also condemned. We have a dozen persons with whom we have completed the investigation and we will not hand them over to the court until we receive instructions from you, since we believe that the court would decide about the new directive.
As you can see from our weekly report, the work of enemy elements despite the amnesty has not decreased, they are still working as before the amnesty. As long as we are not able to take such persons to court, we are of the opinion that we will suspend further arrests and monitor their work until the final date of the amnesty. We are attaching the minutes from Nožinicć Stana, who was sentenced to death by our military court of the Banija region at our suggestion, the death sentence was rejected by the High Court. As you can see from the record itself, Stana Nožinić betrayed the partisans at every step and she caused even more casualties to the partisans by timely informing the enemy in Divuša that the partisans would attack that night, the Ustashas welcomed that night, and despite the partisan casualties they did not succeed in conquering Divusa. You are well aware that GŠH approved that Zrinj burn what was done, since despite all efforts for two and a half years of war, not a single man or woman could be found who would keep a relationshiop link with the partisans. The Ustashas of Zrin are known for their atrocities that not a single soul of Serbian origin was allowed to appear before them, while Stana Nožinić continued to go to them illegally in 1941. You will see the rest from the minutes. Please return this record to us and whether it is necessary to send you the other records that the higher military court refused to confirm the death sentences.
